COIC offers financing for new or expanding businesses to purchase or build a new facility, to purchase equipment, or for working capital. COIC works with your bank to provide a complete financing package for your new or growing business.

COIC also offers the SBA 504 Loan Program through our affiliate, Oregon Business Development Corporation, an SBA Certified Development Company. The 504 Program provides financing to purchase or build new facilities and equipment, and features a low down payment and a fixed interest rate on the SBA portion.
