Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) is recruiting for an Employment Counselor. This position includes the responsibilities:

• Provide customers with technical assistance in the resource room
• Provide case management focused on achieving individualized employment goals
• Instruct workshops, determine appropriateness for participation in programs
• Enter client related data in case management system
• Provide information on services of various COIC and partner programs
• Participate in client home visits

Bachelor's Degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.  Starting salary $2,926 per month.  Excellent benefits.
