The City of La Pine is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in providing professional consulting services for the purpose of assisting the City in completing and gaining approval for their first Comprehensive Plan. This Request for Proposal process will be led and managed by the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) on behalf of the City of La Pine.
